To the editor:

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your labors to create masks for the nursing and medical staff with whom I work. Make no mistake, we are at war with an unknown, invisible and vicious enemy. Our hours are long and often thankless. We do not go to work for the thanks we receive. We do it because we are called to this purpose.
