It’s no secret that youth don’t always find it easy to navigate the path that leads them from school into adulthood. It can be even more difficult for students who have disabilities to make this transition – especially if the process is unclear and bewildering. It can also be difficult for parents, schools, and service agencies to always link up at just the right time.
