GORHAM — There were no empty shelves due to supply-chain shortages when the Marshall’s department store opened on Thursday, April 28, in the Mountain Valley Plaza on Route 16 (Main Street), across from Labonville’s.

Suzanne Cyr of Berlin, who was the first official shopper, was asked to cut a ribbon at 8 a.m.
