BERLIN — Democratic presidential hopeful Tulsi Gabbard told a town meeting Friday that it is time to end “government of, by and for the rich and powerful.”

A U.S. representative from Hawaii, Gabbard, 38, said the country needs to stop spending American lives and money on regime change war and instead invest in health care, education, renewable energy and rebuilding the crumbling infrastructure at home.
