BERLIN — John Dumas may spend time in jail, but he will not pay any restitution for the care of the animals that were taken from his home where he resided with Pamela Mansulla.

The court has issued its final sentencing order for the misdemeanor charges the Berlin Police Department brought against Dumas. At an April hearing, Dumas, 36, of Berlin was found guilty on 10 counts of animal cruelty, two Class A misdemeanor complaints and eight Class B misdemeanor complaints.
