LANCASTER — Asking for their client to be released on bail, attorneys for the driver in the so-called Fallen Seven accident are citing a new report showing the lead motorcycle was protruding over the center line and struck the truck driven by Volodymyr Zhukovskyy.

The defense also states evidence shows the driver of the motorcycle, Albert Mazza, was legally intoxicated and had turned around to look back at the other motorcyclists just prior to the accident.
