BERLIN — A court order gives George Stanley until Feb.15 to clean up and remediate his residential property at 469 Hillsboro Street.

If he fails to respond, the city can go back to court and seek permission to have the property cleaned up with the cost assessed against Stanley, his limited liability corporation Loveland Lineage and the property.
