BERLIN — An agenda item that received little scrutiny at Monday night's city council meeting could be a significant boost for the city’s redevelopment will have its chance to be more fully heard at the city council’s next meeting on July 20.

Resolution 2026-15 calls for the “authorizing the acceptance of a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency for a Brownfields Multipurpose Grant in the sum of $1 million to provide for the assessment and clean-up of key city-owned properties in downtown Berlin.”
