ERROL—About 80 people crowded into the Errol town hall Saturday to voice their concerns about the expansion of the Lake Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge and their distress at the higher taxes they see as a result of the refuge purchases.
Billed as a listening session for state and federal officials, camp owners and local residents gave them an earful.
