After months of discussions, DSD Realty, aka Berlin City Chevrolet, received a go-ahead from the Gorham Planning Board to construct a road to the Losier property from the new Route 16, a measure mandated in the 2006 Gorham town warrant.

DSD had agreed to build the road to town specifications and then turn the completed road over to the town in return for assuming ownership of the section of the old route 16 that traverses the Berlin City Chevrolet property.
