St. Timothy Award

Four North Country youth were among 20 students from across the state honored with the St. Timothy Award Sunday at St. Joseph Cathedral in Manchester. The award is the highest recognition from The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry for a diocese to confer to a junior or senior in high school. Those chosen exhibit Christian leadership in parish, school and community settings and set a positive example for other youth. The awards were presented by Most Reverend Peter Libasci, Bishop of Manchester. The students are Allyssa Blodgett (back right) and Nathan Tetreault of St. Marguerite d'Youville Parish in Groveton, Bridget Miller of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin (front left), Maria Nadeau of All Saints Parish in Lancaster (front right) pictured here with Bishop Libasci.
