BERLIN — Elizabeth Hess, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist for the past 17 years in Berlin, will be ordained to the priesthood at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Berlin on Wednesday June 27, at 6 p.m. Bishop Robert Hirschfeld, Bishop of the Episcopal Church in New Hampshire will preside. All are welcome to attend the service.

Known to most as Dr. Betsy Hess, over time she came to know and value the culture and community of Berlin. As she worked with her patients, as well as colleagues in the mental health and medical field, she was impressed with their resilience, resourcefulness, and commitment to helping one another. She has learned a lot from them.
