LANCASTER — On June 22, the Lancaster Fairgrounds will be the location for the Relay For Life of North Country. The relay is the signature fundraiser for The American Cancer Society, and this year the theme is "Dr. Suess: I Do Not Like Cancer Here Or There, I Do Not Like Cancer Anywhere!"

Following a trend that is becoming more popular nationwide, North Country Relay is adopting a shorter format while keeping focused on its mission to celebrate survivors, remembering those lost to cancer, and fighting back against the disease. The annual event is one of more than 5,200 around the world benefitting the American Cancer Society.
