Two important workshops are being offered by UNH Cooperative Extension in the coming month. Both are North-South combinations, being held in Lancaster and Concord.

The first set is on Thursday, February 12 at the North Country Resource Center, in Lancaster, the next day, Friday, February 13, at the Makris Lobster House in Concord. The title is Using Precision Farming Technology. In the morning Jeff Brewley, Extension Dairy Specialist, University of Kentucky, will discuss herd management solutions that can make your farm more profitable. In the afternoon, Brent Croscut, with Dairy One, will look at how-to implement these technologies; followed by a panel of experienced farmers explaining how they are going about it.
