Juanita Jacqueline (Chamberlain) Chute, 92, of Bridgton, Maine, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025. Born on September 2, 1933, in Patten, Maine, to Leon and Delia (Souve) Chamberlain, Juanita dedicated her life to serving God and building community through faith, music, and education.

Juanita graduated from Sanford High School, in which she was known as “a whiz at giving oral talks,” a gift she would use throughout her life in ministry and teaching. Her ambition was clear even then: to be a Christian worker. She went on to attend the New England Bible Institute in Framingham, Mass., in 1954.
