GORHAM — On Wednesday, June 5, the Gorham Huskies secured their spot in the New Hampshire Division IV high school baseball finals with an impressive 8-2 victory over the Woodsville Engineers at Robbie Mills Park in Laconia. The semifinals showcased excellent performances by both teams, a dedicated fan base, and a little weather-induced drama that only added to the excitement of the game.

The Gorham faithful drove almost two hours to fill the stands with a sea of blue, adorning the left-field fence with banners for each player. The Woodsville dugout was abuzz with chatter, but it was Gorham’s offense, spearheaded by standout performances from Cam Pake and Jack Saladino, that dominated the game.
