BERLIN  — The Mountaineers were outshot 19-10 by Kearsage but played very well in a 1-0 loss at home. Coach Holly Munce said, “The girls played really well and continue to show lots of versatility."

On Monday, Berlin headed to Mascoma Valley for a make-up game from Sept. 9. Ava Bartoli scored four times and Aliyah Paquette added a pair leading Berlin past Mascoma 6-2. Alexa Goulet had 13 saves with Lena Cauette and Aubrie Woodward, each contributed assists. Berlin next will host Newfound Tuesday at 4 p.m.
