The Berlin Planning Board began the site plan review for the first phase of the Kilkenney Heights residential development off Route 110 at its meeting Tuesday night.

The board tabled further discussion on the site plan review until the September meeting after listening to a brief summary of the proposed project. Don Bouchard, of Horizons Engineering, presented the plans for the development that’s being put together by Dillon Investments.
