Added Medicaid revenues expected to eliminate tax increase

The Coos County delegation Saturday approved a 2004 budget of $23.5 million with an almost 11 percent increase in the county tax figure. But before the year is over, the delegation expects to receive additional Medicaid monies that will wipe out any increase in the amount to be raised by property taxes.
