COOS COUNTY — Drug charges dominated the 34 indictments returned in February by the Coos County grand jury.

• Nathan Albertson, 36, of 138 East Milan Road, Berlin, was indicted on a charge of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, subsequent offense. The lengthy indictment alleges he worked with Ramon Rivera Muniz in a conspiracy to sell heroin and/or fentanyl within New Hampshire. During part of the time cited in the indictment, Albertson was incarcerated at the state prison in Berlin, where he is currently housed. The indictment lists nine prior drug convictions for Albertson over the period from 2006 to 2018. Under the state’s controlled drug act, he faces up to life imprisonment and a $500,000 fine if convicted.
