LANCASTER — A Coos County grand jury on July 18 added additional charges against a Berlin man indicted in April for the vehicular-related death of a Jackson man while speeding through Pinkham Notch.

Meeting July 18, the grand jury issued three additional indictments, alleging Mark Taillon, 52, also committed reckless manslaughter, reckless conduct and vehicular assault when he crashed head-on into a car driven by Donald Canty, 77, on Nov. 2, 2024 on Route 16 in Pinkham Notch.
