CONCORD — United States Attorney Scott W. Murray announced that Roxanne Adjutant, 49, of Stratford, pleaded guilty in federal court to distribution of Suboxone.

According to court documents and statements made in court, on Nov. 19, 2018, Adjutant sold Suboxone to an individual who was cooperating with law enforcement officers. The sale occurred within 1,000 feet of an elementary school.
