LANCASTER — The Coos Cute Hoppers Rabbit and Cavy 4H Club went to International Day on Jan. 31 in Lancaster, where Coos County 4H Clubs gathered to share food and cultural presentations from various countries.
The Cute Hoppers made food from Sweden, as well as a cookbook for other 4H participants. Some of the Swedish foods members made were pannkakon, Swedish meatballs, pittiana, kanelbullar, kladdkaka, svampsoppa and artsoppa.
