C.S. Lewis's classic tale returns

WHITEFIELD — The Weathervane Theatre presents “The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe” in the Presidential Hall at the Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa this December. Hailed by Broadway World Jr. as “one of the best pieces of family theatre,” Le Clanche du Rand’s theatrical adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s classic will perform on Sunday, Nov. 30 at 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 4 at 9 a.m. and Saturday, Dec. 6 at 11 a.m.

In Narnia, the land of eternal winter, the White Witch controls all — until a young girl named Lucy arrives. Travel through the enchanted wardrobe with Peter and Lucy for this entertaining and innovative treatment of C.S. Lewis’s tale of the triumph of good over evil.
