CONWAY — Carey Kish took the old adage "do what you love" and perfected it. He will be presenting his new book, "Beer Hiking New England: The Tastiest Way to Discover Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island," on Friday, May 26, from 4-6 p.m. at the Ledge Brewing Co. in Intervale.
Kish is a seasoned hiker, outdoor and travel writer, as well as a major beer enthusiast. For this book, he calculated that he hiked more than 300 miles and tasted more than 230 beers.
