CONWAY — The Kennett High girls’ lacrosse team has accomplished the first of its major goals for this season — the Eagles are in the playoff — and with one regular season game left against arch-rival Kingswood in Wolfeboro on Friday, a win will go a long way in determining a favorable tournament seed.
With 18 teams in the division, and the NHIAA’s 70 percent rate of teams that qualify for postseason play, this means the top 12 teams will make the tournament.
