Conway selectmen this week pondered whether to sell the old Conway Community Building property in Center Conway now that town recreation department programs have moved to Kennett Middle School. Options discussed for the property, which includes 4.3 acres of land, range from senior housing to a brewery. The building lacks potable water and has heating, electrical and ventilation issues, Significant work would be required to make habitable.
