Sen. Jeanne Shaheen continues to do what is characteristic regarding President Joe Biden’s response to surveillance balloons, which is nothing. This is truly astonishing as she sits on the Armed Services Committee.

Anyone can access the Congressional Record. Shaheen is a part of a group pushing for full funding for the "Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Office" addressing National Security Risks. Shaheen recently introduced a bill "Supporting Americans Wrongfully or Unlawfully Detained Abroad". This bill has bipartisan support. Remember it was Shaheen who worked to see Isis terrorists responsible for the death of New Hampshire native and journalist James Foley brought to justice. She also helped secure the release of Pastor Andrew Brunson and Granite Stater Amer Fakhoury. Of course, she is a Senior member of the Senate foreign Relations committee.
