To the editor:

We would like to add our congratulations to Vito Marcello for his much- deserved honor as New Hampshire Restaurateur of the Year.

We have been in the Mount Washington Valley for over 30 years and have known Vito for much of that time.

He is one of the most committed, hard-working individuals we have ever met and is deeply dedicated to the family business that was started by his father and grandfather several generations ago.

He takes deep pride in not only what he makes and serves to his guests but also in the level of service he provides, and it is a privilege to enjoy a fine meal at his Italian Bistro with our family or friends on special occasions, as we know that we will be well taken care of.

During an era of fast food and fast service, it is a pleasure to know that Vito continues the proud tradition that his family started years ago while preserving the values of care and commitment that often get brushed aside in our digital age.

Congratulations and thank you, Vito, for giving so much to so many.

Anita and I wish you and your family only the best in the years to come and look forward to many more superb meals served by someone who cares so much about the things he does for others in his life.

With respect and gratitude,

Jon and Anita Burroughs

Glen
