LANCASTER — The state has filed a new motion in Coos County Superior Court in the case against Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, the 24-year-old Massachusetts man charged in the deaths of seven motorcyclists in Randolph last June, seeking to re-examine the truck he was driving.

Zhukovskyy, of West Springfield, Mass., faces seven counts of negligent homicide, seven counts of negligent homicide-DUI, seven counts of manslaughter, one count of aggravated DUI and one count of reckless conduct.
