CONWAY — It was a festive Wednesday afternoon at the White Mountain Hotel & Resort in Hale's Location, which invited locals to come celebrate the new look of the lobby, tavern and dining room after a three-month, $1.5 million renovation.

Cutting the ribbon were Gary Sullivan, owner and managing partner who built the hotel in 1990; wife Carol Sullivan, business development director; Gary's son, Trevor Sullivan, the resort's general manager; Chef Chef Ali A. Gonzalez; and Food and Beverage Director Kerri Webster.
