CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

• Kaedryn Stephan, 17, of Conway had a charge of unlawful intoxication placed on file without finding pending good behavior, completion of an alcohol awareness class and 20 hours of community service.

• Jayson Rines, 25, of Tamworth pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $620 with half suspended for one year pending good behavior and continued counseling for one year. Charges of indecent exposure/gross lewdness and bail jumping were dropped.

• Shelli Hart, 35, of Bartlett had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Karen Sullivan, 52, of Hudson, Mass., pleaded guilty to theft. She was given $434 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Karlinna McCarthy, 17, of Conway had a charge of unlawful intoxication placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior, completion of an alcohol awareness class and 20 hours of community service.

• Rafael Cabral, 33, of Methuen, Mass., had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Michelle McKinnon, 32, of Conway had a charge of receiving stolen property placed on file without finding for one year pending 400 hours of community service.

• Michael Vaughan, 52, of Albany pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $620 and his driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

• Dylan Berry-Sprague, 27, of Naples, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $620, his privilege to drive was revoked for nine months, and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may apply for early reinstatement.

• Carly Kobs, 17, of Fryeburg, Maine, had a charge of unlawful intoxication placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior. She must complete an alcohol awareness class and 20 hours of community service.

• Shannon ODell, 35, of Conway pleaded guilty to stalking. She was given a six-month jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. She also received two days of pre-trial confinement credit. A second charge of stalking and a charge of criminal trespass were placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Lily Donovan, 17, of Brownfield, Maine, had a charge of unlawful intoxication placed on file pending one year of good behavior and completion of an alcohol awareness class and 20 hours of community service.

• Anthony Swan, 19, of Freedom had a charge of unlawful intoxication placed on file without finding pending completion of an alcohol awareness class and 20 hours of community service.

• Ashley Valenziano, 33, of Jackson pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $620, her driver’s license was revoked for nine months, and she was referred to an impaired driver program. She may petition for early reinstatement. She also pleaded guilty to open container second of subsequent offense and was given a $124 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. Charges of breach of bail conditions and driving after revocation or suspension were placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Heather Moore, 53, of Eaton pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was fined $620 and her driver’s license was revoked for 60 days.

• Dane Wheeler, 47, of Intervale pleaded no contest to theft. He was fined $434.

• Beatrice Papa, 72, of Cranston, R.I., pleaded no contest to reckless driving. She was fined $620 and her privilege to drive was revoked for 60 days.

• Stephen Jackson, 64, of Brockton, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $620, his privilege to drive was revoked for nine months, and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.
