CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently: 

A bench warrant was issued for Faye Roberts, 25, of Tamworth for failing to appear in court regarding charges of stalking and violation of protective order.

A bench warrant was issued for Jesse Mason, 28, of Bow for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving after revocation or suspension and display of suspended driver's license.

A bench warrant was issued for Jessica Kimball, 27, of Madison for failing to pay a fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Gary Gilbert, 56, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of criminal mischief.

A bench warrant was issued for Joseph Fall, 38, of Rumford, Maine, for failing to pay a fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Dylan Westleigh, 22, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of criminal mischief.

A bench warrant was issued for Derek Leighton, 41, of Amesbury, Mass., for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of bail jumping.

A bench warrant was issued for Jon Michaud, 27, of Hudson for failing to pay fines.

Bench warrants were issued for Steven Moone, 29, of Madison, for failing to appear in court regarding charges of prohibited sale of alcohol, loitering and also for failing to pay a fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Kristy Weeks, 33, of Meredith for failing to pay a fine.

Carolyn Helwig, 67, of Sweden, Maine, had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and 20 hours of community service.

Ryan Sirois, 28, of Conway pleaded guilty to false report to law enforcement and criminal mischief. He was given $620 in fines that were suspended for one year pending good behavior. A second charge of false report was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

Andrew Curran, 30, of Gloucester, Mass., pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and was fined $186.

Robert Bean, 64, of Glen pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his driver’s license was revoked for nine months and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. A charge of open container was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

Jonathan Combies, 55, of Conway pleaded guilty to misuse of plates. He was fined $186. A charge of driving without a valid license was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.
