CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

Sara Cahn, 40, of Madison had charges of domestic violence simple assault and criminal mischief placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

Ross Giserman, 25, of Mystic, Conn., had two charges of criminal mischief placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior and payment of $148 in restitution. He had a charge of breach of bail conditions placed on file without finding for a year.

Raymond Gallant, 54, of Tamworth had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and payment of $190 in restitution. He pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310. Gallant had another charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

Erin Shannon, 19, of Tamworth pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was fined $930 with $180 suspended for one year. Her driver’s license was suspended for 60 days. She must have a substance abuse evaluation by June 5.

Francine Meakem, 33, of Conway had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding pending two years of good behavior.

Gregory Buzzell, 28, of Fryeburg, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving after suspension. He was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year. He was also given a seven-day jail sentence. His privilege to drive in New Hampshire was revoked for one year. He must use an interlock device for a period of one year after his license is restored.

Scott Bell, 46, of Conway had a charge of violation of protection order placed on file without finding for two years pending good behavior. He pleaded no contest to simple assault. He was given a 10-day jail sentence with seven days suspended for two years and three days of pretrial confinement. A charge of resisting arrest was placed on file without finding for two years. He is ordered  to undergo a mental health exam and ordered to follow up on recommendations as a condition of his suspended sentences.

A bench warrant was issued for Darren Barrows, 28, of Bartlett for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of disobeying an officer.

Bench warrants were issued for Jean Downs, 47, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of driving after suspension or revocation and bail jumping.

A bench warrant was issued for Emma McDonald, 26, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of theft.

A bench warrant was issued for Nicholas Robinson, 40, of Woonsocket, R.I., for failing to appear in court regarding charges of transportation of drugs in a vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension.

John Amaral, 38, of Conway pleaded guilty to theft. He was fined $434. A charge of receiving stolen property was placed on file without finding for one year.

Kenneth Dupuis, 27, of Conway pleaded no contest to negligent driving. He was fined $310.  A second charge of negligent driving was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

Thomas Dunn, 46, of Conway pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $124.

Lisa Young, 36, of Scarborough, Maine, pleaded guilty to theft. She was fined $434. She had a second charge of theft placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.

Aaron Grant, 28, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was given a $372 fine with $72 suspended for one year. 

Michelle Zuckerman, 36, of Conway pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was fined $310. She pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension  and was fined $310.

Nancy Sweetland, 82, of Conway pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was given a $620 fine.

Marshal Vanderbloeman, 30, of Albany pleaded guilty to theft. He was fined $434.

Ryan Sirois, 27, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $930. His driver’s license was revoked for two years. He was referred to an impaired driver program.

Jennelle Hill, 25, of Conway pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was fined $620. Her driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

Patrica Heard, 55, of Sandwich pleaded guilty to harassment. She was fined $248.

Gregory Williams, 26, of Freedom, pleaded guilty to negligent driving. He was fined $620.
