CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently: 

Jessica Durant, 37, of Conway had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

Charles Hill, 22, of Conway had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior. He pleaded guilty to violation of protective order. He was given a seven-day jail sentence with one day pretrial confinement credit and six days suspended for one year pending good behavior.

Christopher Barber, 25, of Fryeburg, Maine, had a charge of stalking placed on file without finding for two years pending good behavior and completion of a Strafford County diversion program.

Christopher Charles, 28, of Conway was found guilty of driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620. His privilege to drive was revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

Soledad Gonzalez, 19, of Malaga, Spain; Emily Greco, 19, of Highland Park, Ill.; Cowan McCormick, 19, of Ipswich, Mass.; Lily McLean, 20, of Victoria, Australia, Haven Rose, 19, of Jensen Beach, Fla.; Eevi Saari, 20, of Hameenlinna, Finland; Savannah Salitsky, 19, of Wayland, Mass.; Avery Ditcher, 19, of Dunstable, Mass.; and William Corkhill, 19, of Wellesley, Mass. each had a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol placed on file without finding for six months pending completion of an alcohol course.

Mackenzie Lemay, 21, of Conway pleaded guilty to theft. She was fined $434.

Geoffrey Sundgren, 62, of Lovell, Maine, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $620.

Mary Lunn-Sylvester, 35, of Albany pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. She was fined $620 with half suspended for one year pending good behavior.

Darren Barrows, 28, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to bail jumping. He was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. Barrows pleaded guilty to disobeying an officer and was fined $310.

Joseph Sarcia, 32, of Fryeburg, Maine pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was fined $310.
