CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

• William Tracy, 39, of Brownfield, Maine, had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• William Reed, 27, of Conway had charges of conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Jessica McBride, 45, of Conway had a charge of duty of parent (failing to bring child to school) placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior.

• Kevin Murphy, 60, of Conway had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior.

• Douglas Belcher, 35, of Brownfield, Maine, pleaded guilty to domestic violence simple assault and given a 55-day jail sentence with 25 days of pretrial confinement credit. The balance was suspended for two years.

Belcher also pleaded guilty to violating a protective order and was given 55-day jail sentence. He was given 25 days of pretrial confinement credit, and the other 30 days were suspended for two years and if imposed would be served consecutively to the domestic violence sentence. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Belcher also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was given a $310 fine paid through two days of pretrial confinement credit.

He also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. He was. given a $310 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior and he was banned from The Seasons at Attitash property indefinitely.

• William Grondin, 67, of Conway pleaded guilty to domestic violence simple assault. He was given a $50 fine and a 30-day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Christine Colassi, 55, of Madison had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior.

• A bench warrant was issued for Ashley Holodinski, 24, of Conway for failing to pay a fine.

• A bench warrant was issued for Joshua Kozacka, 30, of Madison for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving after suspension and driving without proof of financial responsibility.

• Jack Alosa, 27, of Portland, Maine, pleaded guilty to reckless conduct. He was fined $620 and his driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

• Linda Knorpp, 50, of Conway pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was fined $620 and her driver’s license was revoked for 90 days effective Jan. 14. She pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $620.

• David Reed, 28, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620. His driver’s license was revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. Charges of disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension were placed on file without finding for one year.

• A bench warrant was issued for Faye Roberts, 25, of Tamworth for failing to appear in court regarding charges of stalking and violation of protective order.

• A bench warrant was issued for Kari Williams, 34, of Ossipee for failing to appear in court regarding various charges, including disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension.

• Mathew Raia, 48, of Ayer, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his privilege to drive was revoked for nine months., and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Matthew Benoit, 41, of Woonsocket, R.I., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his privilege to drive was revoked for 18 months., and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement

• Meredith Fuehrer, 52, of Boston pleaded guilty to reckless conduct. She was fined $1,180 with $250 suspended for one year pending good behavior. Her driver’s license was revoked for 60 days.

• Steven Moone, 30, of Madison had a charge of bail jumping placed on file without finding one year pending good behavior.

• Clifford Jacques, 61, of Madison pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $620 and his driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.
