CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

• Maximilian Angelini, 19, of North Kingston, R.I., had charges of transportation of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of alcohol placed on file for six months pending the completion of 3rd Millennium course.

• Ashley Dias, 28, Fall River, Mass., had a charge of theft placed on file without finding pending good behavior and completion of a 3rd Millennium anti-shoplifting course.

• Bonnie Engroff, 51, of Parsonsfield, Maine, had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior.

• Amanda Surrett, 24, of Biddeford, Maine, pleaded no contest to use of electronic device while driving. She was given a $124 fine that was suspended for 12 months pending good behavior including no additional motor vehicle offenses.

• Crystal Blodgett, 31, of Conway pleaded guilty to domestic reckless conduct. She was given a 30-day jail sentence with one day of pretrial confinement and the rest suspended for one year of good behavior.

• Alleson Huckaby, 22, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to disobeying an officer. She was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• A bench warrant was issued for Krystal Foster, 30, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of simple assault.

• A bench warrant was issued for Nicole Goodwin, 19, of Tuftonboro for failing to  appear in court regarding a charge of theft.

• A bench warrant was issued for Alicia Snyder, 32, of Berlin for failing to appear in court regarding charges of suspension of registration of motor vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension.

• Tanna Fall, 52, of Fryeburg, Maine, pleaded guilty to negligent driving. She was fined $310.

• Timothy Combies, 51, of Meriden, Conn., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his privilege to drive was revoked for nine months and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. He also pleaded guilty to open container and was fined $186.

• Bailee McNamara, 20, of Fremont pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. He was fined $372.

• Dawson Stone, 18, of Conway pleaded no contest to unlawful possession of alcohol. He was fined $372.

• Justeen Houle, 33, of Warwick, R.I., pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was fined $620 and her license was revoked for 60 days.
