CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

• Samandra LaFond, 34, of Sanford, Maine, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was given a $124 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. A charge of endangering the welfare of a child was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Crystal Blodgett, 31, of Conway pleaded guilty to unsworn falsification (deceiving police with a written statement). She was given a $434 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. She also was given a 10-day jail sentence that was suspended for one year and was given credit for one day of pretrial confinement.

• Stephanie Warren, 38, of Fryeburg, Maine, pleaded guilty to theft. She was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Lisa Coletti, 50, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. She was given a $310 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Janelle Wiesemann, 20, of Denmark, Maine, had a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Krystal Foster, 30, of Sweden, Maine, had a charge of bail jumping and simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Tamen Sanphy, 45, of Conway pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $620 and his license revoked for 60 days.

• A bench warrant was issued for Larry Blaney, 43, of Ossipee for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving after revocation or suspension driver’s license prohibitions (display suspended license) and suspension of registration of vehicle.

• A bench warrant was issued for Amber Beane, 28, for failing to appear in court regarding charges of theft and resisting arrest or detention.

• A bench warrant was issued for Allassandra Garofano, 20, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding charges of unlawful possession of alcohol.

• Charles Anderson, 45, of Conway pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was given a $124 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Jacqueline Grover, 65, of Porter, Maine, had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and completion of a 10 hour anti shoplifting class.

• John Catania, 21, of East Bridgwater, Mass., had a charge of unlawful intoxication placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior and completion of eight hours of community service. He was allegedly under 21 at the time.

• A bench warrant was issued for Sakhavat Eyvazov, 23, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of theft.

• A bench warrant was issued for Tyler Hallock, 19, of Glen for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Zachary Jackson, 30, of Fryeburg, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was fined $310.

Jackson also pleaded guilty to violation of protective order. He was given a 10-day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior; was given two days’ credit for pretrial confinement; and a charge of driving after revocation or suspension was placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.

• Christie Catino, 49, of Conway pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated. She was fined $930; given a 180-day jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended for two years; plus her driver’s license was revoked for two years. She must use an interlock device for two years after getting her license restored. She was referred to an impaired driver program and may petition for early reinstatement.

• Alexander Dickinson, 51, of Conway pleaded no contest to resisting arrest. He was fined $620. A charge of open container was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• A bench warrant was issued for Isaac Brake, 45, of Portsmouth for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving after revocation or suspension.

• John Berry, 46, of Ossipee pleaded guilty to negligent driving. He was fined $620.

• Terence O’Brien, 56, of Marshfield, Mass pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $620. His privilege to drive in New Hampshire was suspended for 60 days. He is to have a drug and alcohol evaluation.

• Tyler LeRoy, 24, of Sweden, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $620; his privilege to drive was revoked for nine months; and was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Michael Basiner, 52, of Newry, Maine, pleaded no contest to possession of medication without a prescription. He was fined $434 with $250 suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Emma Hazlett, 22, of St. Johnsbury, Vt., pleaded guilty to revocation or suspension. She wad fined $620.

• A bench warrant was issued for Allison White, 35, of Somerville, Mass., for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of theft.

• Jesse Galvin, 36, of Conway had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• A bench warrant was issued for David Quinn, 56, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding conduct after an accident and bail jumping.

• Jack Burkett, 24, of Ossipee pleaded guilty to theft. He was given a $1,240 fine and a seven day jail sentence that were both suspended for one year.

• Pamela Grant, 59, of Conway had charges of stalking and simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.
