CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

• William Zeliff, 51, of Fryeburg, Maine pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $930. His driver’s license was revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Richard Detrano, 35, of Syosset, N.Y., pleaded guilty to disobeying a police officer, speeding and driving after revocation or suspension. He was given a total of $1,178 in fines with $620 suspended for one year pending good behavior. Charges of open container and display of suspended or revoked driver’s license were placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.

• Chenyu Wang, 20, of Quincy, Mass., pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $620. His privilege to drive in New Hampshire was suspended for 60 days.

• Eben Bemis, 55, of Stow, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620. His privilege to drive in New Hampshire was revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. A charge of conduct after an accident was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Kevin Regner, 37, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620. His driver’s license was revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program.

• David Petrie, 18, of Madison pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $310.

• Scott Murtagh, 46, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated second offense, driving after revocation or suspension and open container. He was given $1,736 in fines. He also was given a 17-day jail sentence with all but five days suspended for two years. He was given five days of pretrial confinement credit. His driver’s license was revoked for three years. After his license is restored, he must use an interlock device for one year. Murtagh also pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was fined $620 and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days. He was ordered to take a safe driver course before his license is reinstated. Charges of vehicular assault and reckless driving were placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior. Murtagh also pleaded guilty to breach of bail conditions. He was fined $310.

• Tammy Shackford, 56, of Conway was found guilty of driving while intoxicated. She was fined $620. Her driver’s license was revoked for nine months. She was referred to an impaired driver program.

• Erika Driscoll, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, pleaded no contest to reckless driving. She was fined $620 and her privilege to drive in New Hampshire was suspended for 60 days.

• Kyle Hudson, 27, of Conway pleaded no contest to theft. He was fined $620 with $120 suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Caitlyn Murphy, 21, of Albany pleaded guilty to theft. She was fined $434.

• Rebecca Bell, 35, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. She was fined $620. Her driver’s license was revoked for nine months. She was referred to an impaired driver program. She may petition for early reinstatement.

• Kristin Fraser, 28, of Kennebunk, Maine, pleaded no contest to theft. She was fined $434 and ordered to pay $74 in restitution. A charge of receiving stolen property was placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.

• Allen Cox, 41, of Conway had a charge of conduct after an accident placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior. He was ordered to pay $500 in restitution.

• Ryan Nash, 33, of Conway had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for three months pending good behavior and completion of an anti-shoplifting class.

• Brian Wells, 23, of Weymouth, Mass. pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620. His privilege to drive in New Hampshire was revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.
