CONWAY — At its silent auction, M&D at Eastern Slope Inn Playhouse fundraised more than $1,700 during its on Saturday, April 13.

M&D held the auction as an opportunity for its patrons to bid farewell to its old location at Willow Common in North Conway and take home a piece of M&D history, while supporting the organization in its move.

The event offered a silent auction, in which the organization sold old furniture and other items regularly used as feature pieces its is former Culture Cafe or as set pieces on stage, as well as a penny auction and raffle.

The success of this event is thanks to those who attended and members of M&D’s board, as well as the local businesses, individuals and organizations that donated items to the auctions and raffle, including: 302 West Smokehouse, Abenaki Trail, Assets Jean Com., Mary Bastoni, Bavarian Chocolate Haus, Beef and Ski, Boston Brothers Pizzeria, Chef’s Bistro, The Christmas Loft, Cigar Shenanigans, Deacon Street Restaurant, Design Bungalow, Designed Gardens, Discount Beverage, Fields of Ambrosia, Fish Nerds, Flatbread Pizza, Flossie's General Store, Four Your Paws Only, Golden Sunset Kayak Tours (Virginia Moore), Horsefeathers, The House of Jerky, The Mane Salon, Pam Memmolo, The Met, The Ninety Nine, North Conway Olive Oil Company, The Penguin Shop, Red Jacket Hotel, The Silver Buffalo, Soyfire Candle, Stairway Cafe, Tim Psaledakis and Friends Jewelry, Via Roma, White Mountain Independent, Zeb’s General Store and Zen Nail Spa.
