4-H Awards Night

CHOCORUA — The contributions and accomplishments of Carroll County’s 4-H members and adult volunteers were recognized at the recent annual 4-H Awards Night held at Runnells Hall in Chocorua.

Youth were recognized for their accomplishments in participating at the county, state, regional and national levels as well as awarded the Head, Heart, Hands and Health awards for their commitment to 4-H. Carroll County had 29 youth represented at various levels and events all across New Hampshire, at Eastern States Exposition and at National Kentucky Round-up.

4-H leader Karen Deighan celebrated 10 years as a leader and Taffy Case for celebrating five years as a 4-H leader.
