CONCORD — U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster, a Democrat of Hopkinton serving her fourth term, toured the New Hampshire Correctional Facility for Women on Wednesday, Aug. 7.

The focus of the visit to the 101,000-square-foot building that opened in April 2018 was on both mental health and substance misuse care for inmates and those recently released.
