LANCASTER — A Coos County Superior Court grand jury returned indictments against 12 individuals when it met on Nov. 22.

• Douglass C. Aikens, 49, of 57 Cedar Pond, Milan was indicted on a charge of being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.

• Brandon Calvo, 42, of 80 Cortland Park, Bronx, N.Y. , was indicted on a charge of second degree assault for allegedly striking Lancaster Police Officer Aaron Gibson in the head with his fist, causing Gibson to suffer a concussion. Calvo was also charged with attempting to take a firearm from a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

• Peter Comeau, 39, of Airport Road, Colebrook was indicted on a charge of theft by deception.

• Benjamin Conkright, 24, of 21 Union St., Whitefield was indicted on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after being certified as a habitual offender.

• Charles Cero, 41, of 73 First St., Northumberland was indicted on one count of second degree assault-domestic violence, one count of criminal threatening, and two counts of simple assault-domestic violence.

• Nicholas R. Gettings, 19, of 159 Summer St., Milford was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled drug (cocaine).

• Patrick Guay, 24, of 21 Maple St., Northumberland was indicted on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after being certified as a habitual offender.

• James Hilton, 75, of 91 Country Village Road, Lancaster was indicted on a charge of exposing the public to toxic biological or chemical substances.

• Kelsey Omealley, 30 of 89 York St., Berlin was indicted on a charge of arson.

• Angela M. Robbins, 45, of 50 Devens St., Berlin was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl (cocaine).

• Gerald J. Santana, 28, of 8 River St., Gorham was indicted on a charge of second degree assault.

• Louis J. Tanguay, 59, of 23 North Rd., Shelburne was indicted on a charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
