In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, the following cases were heard:

Donald Beauchesne, 32, 89 Cushing St., Berlin, was found guilty of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact and ordered to serve six months in the Coos County House of Corrections, which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years and that he participate in impulse-control counseling. He also was ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $670 with all but $50 to be paid by performing community service. Beauchesne also was found guilty of resisting arrest and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 and to serve 365 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, with 275 days suspended along with the $620 fine on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years and participates in impulse-control counseling. Beauchesne will serve two years on probation upon his release from jail.

Rocky Bilodeau, 36, 296 Champlain St., Berlin, was found guilty of simple assault and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620.

Cohen Stone, 34, 121 Granite St., Berlin, was found guilty of domestic violence-simple assault- physical contact and ordered to serve 60 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years and that he participates in impulse-control counseling. He also must pay a fine and penalty assessment of $701 with all but $50 to be paid by completing 45 hours of community service. Stone also was found guilty of domestic violence — false imprisonment and ordered to pay a fine of $50 and to serve 180 days in the county jail. The jail term was suspended for one year on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Stone also was found guilty of violating a protective order and ordered to serve 365 days in the County jail, with 362 days suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years. Stone was found guilty of contempt of court and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 and serve 30 days in the county jail all of which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years. Charges of breach of bail and two additional charges of contempt of court were nolle prossed.

Jacon Caron, 19, 745 Main St., Berlin, was charged with bail jumping and contempt of court, both of which were placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.

Christie Sprenger, 35, 717 Lancaster St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620, complete the impaired driver care management program, and surrender her license to operate a motor vehicle for nine months with the opportunity to petition the court for early reinstatement. Sprenger was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310. Sprenger also was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle at a speed of 43 miles per hour in a 25 mile-per-hour zone and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $74.40.

Dennis Pitre, 58, 820 Fourth Ave., Berlin, was charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. One count was nolle prossed, and he was found not guilty on the second charge.

James Arcuni, 42, 331 Pleasant St., Berlin, was found guilty of violating a protective order and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Arcuni also was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620.

Rachel Sweeney, 33, 618 Kent St., Berlin, was charged with operating a motor vehicle after her license to do so was suspended which was nolle prossed.

Pamella Mansulla, 32, 259 Coos St., Berlin, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310. A charge of simple assault-physical contact-bodily injury was nolle prossed.

Floyd H. Riff Jr., 36, 745 Main St., Berlin, was found guilty of willful concealment for taking merchandise from Walmart in Gorham without paying for the merchandise and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $1,240, which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year, and that he complete the 3rfd Millennium shoplifting course within 60 days of his conviction and provide proof of completion to the court.

Elijah Adams, 43, 163 Mansfield Road, Park Ridge, N.J., was charged with conduct after an accident; the charge was placed on file without a finding on the condition he pays restitution to the victim and maintains good behavior for two years. Adams was found guilty of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 and surrender his license to operate a motor vehicle for 60 days. Adams was found guilty on two charges of disobeying an officer and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 for each charge, and to serve 12 months in the Coos County House of Corrections, with credit for time served of 23 days, and six months suspended for each charge on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years. Adams was found guilty of reckless conduct and ordered to serve 12 months in the county jail, with three months suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years, to be served concurrently with his jail term for disobeying an officer. Additional charges of disobeying an officer and reckless conduct were nolle prossed.

Nichole Elsea, 22, 1874 Riverside Drive, Berlin, was found not guilty on a charge of simple assault-physical contact-bodily injury.

Justin Morton, 36, 49 Guilmette, St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $1,240.

Richard Constant, 50, Old Route 110, Dummer, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with an unofficial inspection/registration decal and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310.

Joseph R. Ovsepian, 29, 218 Maynesboro St., Berlin, was found guilty of domestic violence-simple assault-bodily injury and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $670 with $620 suspended, and to serve 180 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, with all but 135 days suspended, suspensions are on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years and participates in counseling with focus on anger management. Ovsepian also was found guilty of obstructing the reporting of a crime and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 which was suspended, and to serve 180 days with all but 135 days suspended, suspensions on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years. Two charges of domestic violence-simple assault-physical contact were placed on file without a finding.

Shawn M. Scholefield, 37, 16 Sargent Ave., Nashua, was found guilty on two charges of credit card fraud and was ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 for each conviction, both of which were suspended, and ordered to serve 12 months in the Coos County House of Corrections for each conviction both of which were suspended. The suspensions are on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years and that he pays restitution totaling $465 within six months.
