In First Circuit Court, District Division, Berlin, on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, the following cases were heard:

Richard Converse, 18, 372 Madison, Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of interference with custody-in state and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 with $310 suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years.

Wade Croteau, 26, 371 Westcott St., Berlin, was charged with operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended which was nolle prosed. Croteau was found guilty on two counts of credit card fraud. On one charge he was ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620 and to serve 60 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, all of which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for two years and pays restitution, in an amount to be determined, within 30 days of his court date. On the second charge he was ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310 which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year. Two additional charges of credit card fraud were nolle prossed. Croteau was found guilty of receiving stolen property valued at less than $1,000 and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310. Croteau was found guilty of bail jumping and ordered to serve 20 days in the Coos County House of Corrections, which was suspended on the condition he maintains good behavior for one year.

Dominick Paradis, 16, 1775 Hutchins St., Berlin, was charged with unlawful possession of a tobacco product, e-cigarette, by a minor, which was placed on file without a finding on the condition he maintains good behavior for six months and that he perform two hours of community service within 30 days of his court date and provide proof of completion with the Berlin Police Department.

Samuel Pelchat, 28, Burgess St., Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after his license to do so was suspended, subsequent offense, and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $620.

Jacob Gleason, 17, 51 State Garage Road, Milan, was found guilty of unlawful possession of tobacco by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $124.

Ami Jenkins, 35, 27 Chalet Loop Road, Berlin, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after her license to do so was suspended and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $310.

Jessenia Marie Rivera, 15, 35 Western Ave., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of tobacco by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $124.

Andrew Small, 36, 46 Promenade St., Gorham, was charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs which were both nolle prossed.

Cody A. Hilliard, 17, 310 Willard St., Berlin, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a tobacco product, e-cigarette, by a minor and ordered to pay a fine and penalty assessment of $124.
