Frank Wallace

Frank E. Wallace, 81, of Milan, N.H., and formerly of Carlisle, Mass. and Pittsburgh, Pa., passed away unexpectedly at his home in Milan on May 15, 2023. 

Frank was born in Irwin, Pa., on Jan.7, 1942, the son of the late Frank A. and Anna Wallace. He was raised in Pennsylvania and educated there in local schools, eventually attending Carnegie Melon University where he graduated with a Master's Degree in electrical engineering.
