BERLIN — N.H. Healthy Families, a leading New Hampshire Health Plan serving Medicaid and Marketplace members will partner with Coos County Family Health to bring its new Green to Go van offering fresh fruits and vegetables, nutrition resources and supports to New Hampshire’s North Country.

The Green to Go van will be at the Coos County Family Health offices at 54 Willow St. in Berlin, on Friday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m.-noon.

Green to Go is the newest N.H. Healthy Families initiative offered through its Gateway Services program.

Gateway Services identify social services care gaps and build access to supports for Granite State communities at no cost.

Along with fresh fruits and vegetables, certified clinicians from both Coos County Family Health and NH Healthy Families will be on hand to provide nutrition education and resources.

NH Healthy Families’ Green to Go van will be at Coos County Family Health for one day only.

The event is free and open to the community on a first-come, first-served basis.
