“Laura Ingalls Wilder in Song” will be performed at the Gorham Public Library

GORHAM — Laura Ingalls Wilder fans the world over know how important the music of Pa's fiddle was to the Ingalls family in their journeys all over the American frontier.

Hear Laura’s story through the songs she and her family loved to sing out on the prairie. Learn folk songs from long ago, and discover why Pa’s fiddle meant so much to her.

Laura Keyes will present "Laura Ingalls Wilder in Song" at the Gorham Public Library on March 2, at 2 p.m. Experience the music that traveled with the Ingalls family to all of their little houses across this country.

Laura Keyes is a librarian in Northern Illinois. She recently received the “Excellence in Performance” award from the Association of Lincoln Presenters.
