State Sen. Bette Lasky (D-Nashua), state Rep. Neal Kurk (R-Weare) and the American Civil Liberties Union are suing to prevent Gov. Chris Sununu and Secretary of State Bill Gardner from turning over voter rolls to President Donald Trump’s election integrity commission. According to CNN, 44 states either rejected the request or said they would not provide sensitive information. Gardner says New Hampshire is among those states since only names, addresses, party affiliation and voting history would be provided.
