Court news week of April 3

CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway's Circuit court recently:

• Mary Biggio, 50, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $620 and her driver's license revoked for nine months. She was referred to an impaired driver program and may petition for early reinstatement.

• Shawn Murphy, 20, of Halifax, Mass., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol and was fined $372. He also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $434.

• Taylene Orcutt, 33, of Chocorua had a charge of domestic violence and simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending $360 in restitution to the victims. A charge of criminal mischief also was placed on file without finding.

• Alexander Franke, 56, of Conway had a charge of manufacturing of controlled drugs (marijuana) bound over to Carroll County Superior Court in Ossipee.

• Jason Shaw, 21, of Conway pleaded guilty of driving while intoxicated and was fined $620 and his driver's license revoked for one year. He was referred to an impaired driver program.

• Russell Kohrs, 32, of Madison pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $930. His driver's license was revoked for 12 months and was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Brandon Wilkinson-Rall, 21, of Somersworth pleaded guilty to negligent operation of a vehicle and was fined $310.

• Timothy Masiello, 22, of Wilmington, Mass., pleaded guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle and was fined $620. His privilege to drive in New Hampshire was revoked for 60 days.

• Amber McLaughlin, 39, of Lebanon, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, was fined $620 and her privilege to drive in New Hampshire revoked for nine months. She may petition for early reinstatement.

• Ariana Stinchfield, 24, of Freedom pleaded guilty to theft and was fined $434.

• Hunter Smith, 17, of Conway pleaded guilty to transporting marijuana in a vehicle and was fined $620 and his driver's license suspended for 60 days.

• JoAnne Merritt, 66, of Sebego, Maine, pleaded guilty to open container and was fined $186.

• Crystal Neddenriep, 36, of Madison had a charge of driving without proof of financial responsibility placed on file without finding for one year pending one year of good behavior.

• Damon Brett, 20, of Madison pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $620 and his driver's license  revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Aaron Hornbeck-Fielder, 21, of Portland, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license and was fined $310.

• Abigail Saunders, 21, of Jackson pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $620, with half suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Nicole McKinnon, 30, of Conway pleaded guilty to possession of Suboxone and was fined $620 with $496 suspended for one year. She was given a six-month jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Patrica Murphy, 36, of Winchester pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was fined $310 with $155 suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Tori Caron, 18, of Lincoln pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and was fined $434.

• Nelson Dearborn, 28, of West Springfield, Mass., pleaded guilty to domestic violence and simple assault and was fined $50. He was given a nine-month jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior and counseling. A charge of criminal mischief was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Allison Caputo, 50, of Pembroke, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was given a $310 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Catherine Bradley, 50, of North Lovell, Maine, had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Larry Blaney, 41, of Conway pleaded guilty to carrying brass knuckles and was fined $310.

• Casey Shanks, 25, of Brownfield, Maine, was found guilty of receiving stolen property and was given a six-month jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior and payment of $70 in restitution. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug and was given a $620 fine with $496 suspended for one year. He was also given a six month jail sentence that was suspended for one year. He waived probable cause on a felony charge of possession of burglary tools. He waived a probable cause hearing on a felony possession of fentanyl charge.

• John Anderson, 35, of Conway was found guilty of driving after revocation or suspension and was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. Anderson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and was given a 90-day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior and payment of $1,860 in restitution to be paid with Christian Stinchcomb.

• Shana Thomson, 24, of Albany pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $434.

• Michael Kukuruza, 39, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310.

• Zoe Gilchrest, 19, of Chepachet, R.I., pleaded guilty to control of premises where marijuana was kept and was fined $434.

• Robert Beaulieu, 27, of Millville, Mass., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $434.

• Matthew Moseley, 34, of Norwell, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving after suspension or revocation and was fined $310.

• Brandon Philibert, 24, of Tamworth pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $434.

• Timothy Simoneau, 41, of Conway pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was fined $620.

• Alexandra Detzer, 28, of Cornish, Maine, pleaded guilty to theft and was fined $434, with $134 suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Alexander Waterman, 24, of Raynham, Mass. pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was was fined $310.

• Bobby Lee, 32, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310. A charge of displaying a suspended or revoked license was placed on file without finding for one year.

-- Dennis Peach, 21, of Tewksbury, Mass., to reckless driving and was fined $1,240 and his driver's license and privilege to drive in New Hampshire were suspended for 90 days.

-- Michael Smith, 20, of Tewksbury, Mass., pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined $1,240. His driver's license and privilege to drive in New Hampshire were suspended for 60 days.

-- Gregory Corbett, 45, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310.

-- Alex Hartzell, 26, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after suspension subsequent offense and was fined $620.

-- Jordan McCarthy, 25, of Kingston pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was fined $310. A charge of stalking was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior, and a charge of simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

-- Mark McLaughlin, 54, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310.

-- Benjamin LaPointe, 34, of Moultonborough pleaded guilty to driving after suspension or revocation and was fined $310. A charge of driving after revocation or suspension was placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.

-- Gordon Stockwood, 65, of Amesbury, Mass., pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was fined $310. Charges of simple assault and criminal threatening were placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

-- Donald Palmer, 53, of Madison pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $620 and his driver's license revoked for nine months. He was referred to an impaired driver program and may apply for early reinstatement.

-- Jonathan Lord, 31, of Tamworth pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310. He also pleaded guilty to assault and was given a $1,240 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

-- Shawn Baldwin, 38, of Conway had a charge of burglary bound over to Carroll County Superior Court in Ossipee.

-- David Cartier, 21, of Conway pleaded guilty to possession of controlled drug and was given a yearlong jail sentence with 355 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Two charges of bail jumping were placed on file without finding pending two years of good behavior.

-- Timothy Horsman, 49, of Conway pleaded guilty to possession of controlled or narcotic drug and was fined $620 with $496 suspended for one year. He was given a six-month jail sentence that was suspended for one year and received a day of pretrial confinement credit. He also was placed on probation for six months and was ordered to get a substance abuse evaluation.

-- Alexander Turner, 21, of Glen had a charge of driving after suspension or revocation placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

-- Wesley Savary 44, of Silver Lake pleaded guilty to counterfeit of unauthorized or forged stickers or decals and was given a $310 fine that was deferred for one year pending good behavior.

-- Simon Murphy, 18, of Portland, Maine, had a charge of possession of marijuana placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and completion of a diversion program through White Mountain Restorative Justice within 90 days.

-- Dawn Ellis, 46, of Conway pleaded guilty to assault and was given a 90-day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior, and participation of alcohol treatment and counseling.
