• Tyler Paisley, 29, of Conway had a charge of driving after renovation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway's Circuit Court recently:
 
• Nicholas Novia, 26, of Chatham pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310. Novia also pleaded guilty to bail-jumping and was given a $310 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.
 
• Tracey Benson, 53, of Conway pleaded no contest to duty of parent, compulsory attendance by pupil (not getting her child to school), and was given a $124 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.
 
• Meredith Arkerley, 36, of Intervale pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $620 and her driver's license suspended nine months. She was referred to an impaired driver program. She may petition for early reinstatement.
 
• Bailey Blake, 20, of Albany had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and completion of a White Mountain Restorative Justice diversion program.
 
• Michael Macut, 65, of Conway had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.
 
• Heather Saufler, 45, of Conway had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.
 
• Dustin Duquette, 45, of Conway had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding pending one year of good behavior.
